Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Asian Sari -Sari LLC. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items to request a return or refund. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Please note that perishable goods and special-order items are non-refundable. Items that are returned at the buyer’s expense must be in re-sellable condition and will incur a 15% restocking fee.

To start your return or refund process, reach out via email at AsianSariSari4U@gmail.com or by phone at 417-859-0844. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your items: (order number; reference number; etc.) Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned products.

If you received damaged or incorrect items, please include photos when contacting us to help expedite the process. We appreciate your understanding and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.
